Join the Bar

Thank you for your interest in the LGBT Bar Association of WI!  We appreciate your support of our mission and goals, and depend on your membership and your participation to make our Bar a fun and meaningful organization.   

The cost to join the Bar is minimal, but the benefits are many, including: 

• Listing in the LGBT Bar’s online Member Directory, searchable by members of the public and other attorneys who are looking for a LGBT-friendly lawyer;

• Professional and fun networking opportunities via our Come Out to Meet the Bar happy hours featuring food and drink specials for members, as well as, other events hosted throughout the year by the Bar, in conjunction with other local and specialty bar associations, businesses, and LGBT organizations;

• Mentorship opportunities; and

• Reduced cost & Free CLE’s and other trainings offered only to Bar Members.

In addition, your dues provide important financial support in furtherance of the Bar’s mission to serve as a voice for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender legal professionals in Wisconsin on issues related to diversity and equality in the legal profession, in the courts and under the law.
